Check-out and Late check-out: - Check-out time is until 12:00; - Late check-out is available, subject to a surcharge: if it occurs between 12:00 and 16:00, the equivalent to 50% of the previous night’s room rate will be applied. If check-out occurs after 16:00, that day’s full room rate will be charged.
The access to the Vitality Pool, Sauna and Steam Room facilities at Victoria Spa, are for an additional charge. Guests staying in one of our Suites, have the access to these facilities included during their stay.
