A sua proximidade às praias, as qualidades que apresenta e os detalhes que a caracterizam, fazem desta casa um espaço inigualável desta bonita terra. Uma recuperação que não só veio dar vida a 124 anos de história, como enaltecer todos as qualidades que este espaço tem para oferecer. Nela vai poder criar memórias únicas, sempre com uma cenografia muito intimista.
Gonçalo Novaes, designer de espaços, restaurei esta casa com as minhas próprias mãos com carinho e dedicação para que nela passem muito bons momentos.
Rua muito calma (sem passagem de carros), muitos restaurantes duas ruas abaixo, jardim e praia a cerca de 250 metros da casa.
