Property information

The Sea View Apartment is a modern apartment with a wrap-around balcony located just 200 meters to the beach, surf spots, restaurants, and small supermarket! Enjoy the sunset views from the sheltered balcony, or cook up a tasty meal in the beautiful kitchen. Surf racks are provided in the secured garage for easy storage, and there is a dedicated wetsuit rack on the balcony. Please do note the following: 1) Mattresses are firm 2) Garage ramp to private parking is steep 3) Condominium pool is shared between 9 units 4) Security deposit to be paid in cash at check-in. 5) House, condo, and pool rules will be provided during check-in and as a link in the welcome message. Guests will be asked to sign a check-in form acknowledging that they have read and understood the house, condo & pool rules, and they will adhere to the rules. 6) Beach towels are not provided. Come and get your dose of Vitamin Sea!
