**WORKS ON THE APARTMENT BUILDING UNTIL THE END OF NOVEMBER THIS YEAR** Practical and very well located apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia, close to the historic center of Porto, with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Ideal for couples, perfect to enjoy everything the city has to offer. VIVA Elias Sunset is an apartment with a maximum capacity for 2 people, with one bedroom with a double bed. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with refrigerator and stove, as well as an iron and ironing board. Bed linen, towels and shampoo are included in the stay. We can provide a bed, bathtub and baby chair on request. TV and Wi-Fi Internet available and free of charge. The accommodation is located on the ground floor and access from the street is via stairs.

Neighbourhood information

Located near the foothills of Serra do Pilar, next to the upper deck of the D. Luís Bridge. The Vila Nova de Gaia Cable Car connects Praça de Super Bock in Cais de Gaia to Jardim do Morro and was opened on April 1, 2011, a distance of 560 meters.
