Discover the town with the most sunny days a year!!! Situated on the beautiful Subcarphatian hills in the calm area Voila of Campina town, the house offers 3000 squared metres of green paradise- access to the orchard and exclusive access to the small forest with a creek and to the bbq. There is parking on the premises. The house can accommodate up to 7 guests and has all the necessary facilities: bathroom, kitchen with stove, dishes, Wi-fi, living room, bed linen and an interior terrace.
House was refurbished with great care, to maintain the architectural details of the 60s'. The rooms are decorated with old style ornaments kept throughout generations to delight the sight of our guests. 
The house has 2 bedrooms- each bedroom has 2 single beds and wardrobe. Both bedrooms have amazing views- one towards the front garden and the other towards the small forest with a private door that leads straight onto the outside terrace. In the other 2 rooms, one has a double sofa bed and one a single sofa bed. Kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, dishes, cutlery, pans. Dinner can be served in the inside terrace or outside in the garden.
Hosts will be available when needed. Guests can enjoy the silence oasis around the creek, walk around the orchard of fruit tress and admire the huge walnut trees that shadow the place for more than 70 years. Of course, there is a bbq and garden furniture. 
The small forest and back garden can also be used for camping/caravans if anyone is interested.
Voila is a quiet countryside area, situated on the hills at the periphery of Campina. There are 2 corner shops 2 minutes away from the house. From here you can walk all the way up to the Observator where you can admire Campina from a height (30 min walk) or go for a walk through the woods (20 mins).
Town centre is 10 min away by car and there you can find bigger supermarkets such as Carrefour, Kaufland, Lidl, but also restaurants, cafes and fast-foods. There is a 7-min drive or 40 min walk to Soceram Park where you can find 3 restaurants, a cafe/terrace, a park for the children and tennis and football courts, as well as a gorgeous sight of the hills surrounding the town. Campina houses the museum of the painter Nicolae Grigorescu, as well as the Iulia Hasdeu Castle, build by her dad B.P. Hasdeu after her death.
Campina is situated halfway between Bucharest and Brasov. It is 36km away from Sinaia- ski resort and the place where Peles Castle is found (built by King Carol I); 80 km away from Bucharest and Henri Coanda Airport, 13 km away from Valea Doftanei and Paltinu Lake; 80km away from Brasov, 10km away from the balneoclimateric resort Breaza; 5km away from the salty pools of Telega; 35km away from the Slanic-Prahova Salt mine. Campina has got a train station well linked with the main cities of Bucharest and Brasov (fast and direct trains) as well as a coach station. Transport can be arranged to/from train/coach stations.
