Located in Berca, on the Buzau Riverbank and 13 km from the Mud Volcanoes, Pensiunea Casa Matei offers free WiFi and access to an outdoor swimming pool, as well as a 6,000 square-metre garden with barbecue facilities. The units at the Casa Matei also come with a balcony or terrace, a minibar and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Each bathroom is fitted with a bathtub or shower, and free toiletries. Some rooms also feature air conditioning. Breakfast can be enjoyed daily at the property and dinner is served at the in-house restaurant, offering traditional local dishes, Italian pizza and flambée tarts, prepared in a wood oven. Several hiking and cycling trails start directly on the premises, with bikes being available on site. Guests at the Pensiunea Casa Matei can also take advantage of a tennis court and a games room with table tennis and billiards. Private parking spaces are available on site free of charge.
