The villa is intimate, set back 20 m from the street, with a forest of fir trees in front and behind. The orientation is towards the South so that it is sunny all day. In the premises there is a parking lot for 8 cars, green space, barbecue, swing and gazebo. The kitchen is equipped and professionally equipped, being entirely at the disposal of the guests, as is the living room (120 sqm) which has a fireplace and is served by two sanitary groups. The rooms are large and each has its own bathroom. Four of the 6 rooms have a balcony and on the ground floor is the terrace belonging to the living room. There is internet and TV via fiber optic. The heating is provided by a thermal power plant. There are enough crockery and glasses, but we ask the guests to carefully wash what they use and put it back in the closed cupboards, so as not to get dusty.

I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and my greatest satisfaction is being able to thank them. I do not live in the villa offered for rent, so the guests have no reason to feel embarrassed. In case of emergencies or malfunctions, I can be called at any time and I will do everything for a quick fix. They are also available to guests to show them the entertainment possibilities in the area and/or, for a fee, can accompany them on mountain trips, including those that require mountaineering skills.

4 km upstream from the villa, the fir forest recedes from the road and a fantastic landscape can be seen all around. To the SW you can see the Eastern slope of the Bucegi Massif, to the West the spectacular Piatra Craiului, to the North the Rasnoavei gorges and the Postavarul Massif and to the East the Piatra Mare Massif. Several mountain trails of low difficulty are in the immediate vicinity, as well as the climbing walls of Cheile Rasnoavei. Bike trails are also available. On the opposite slope of the one on which the villa is located, there is a chairlift line that offers a wide view of the surrounding mountains.
