Property information

The penthouse is located in the Militari district, not far from the Plaza Shopping Mall, the AFI Shopping Mall and in a quiet location on Lake Morii. The center (Old Town) is not far from the apartment. The apartment has a view over Bucharest. At night, the lights of the illuminated city can be seen from the living room and bedroom, as well as Lake Morii. The penthouse is luxuriously furnished.

Neighbourhood information

The residential area is quietly located on the lake. A developed way at the lake invites to daily walks. The leisure offer is comprehensive. The Club Sportiv 2000 is within walking distance and offers gym, pool and tennis facilities.The daily need for food can be covered by the Lidl market behind the house. Shops and public transport are in the immediate vicinity. Public transport can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. Taxi to the city center (old town) costs about 4 EURO. Taxi to large shopping centers (there are many in the area) are within walking distance or further by taxi (about 3 EURO). The bus stop is right on the street. The metro can be reached by bus or by foot (10 min).
