Apartman ,,A'' nalazi se u centru Beograda. Sve što Vam je neophodno nalazi se u našoj ulici: ATM, exchange office, pharmacy, market, fast food, restoran, public transport. Iako je apartman u prometnoj ulici buka Vam neće smetati jer je okrenut ka dvorištu. Apartman je modernog dizajna sa svim pratećim elementima. U krugu od 500m nalazi se javni parking na trgu Slavija. Takođe, Apartman poseduje i sef za ključeve gde ih možete ostaviti ako odlazite iz stana jako rano . Uvek Vas dočekujemo i na upit možemo za Vas dodatno očistiti Apartman. Kućni ljubimci su dozvoljeni na zahtev
