Brand new stylish apartment has unbeatable location in the privileged pedestrian zone in the heart of the old city. We looked to meet elevated expectations of our guests and used only high quality materials and equipment here. Ideal for families, couples and business travelers. The apartment can accommodate four people in full comfort. The whole apartment of 40 sq.m is at your disposal. No neighbors on the floor. We thought about you! In the equipped kitchen you will find tea, instant coffee, water, sugar, salt, oil etc. Nice lightening, comfy furniture, big mirrors, parquet floors, carpet and nice curtains will make you feel like at home. You will feel special with new linen, towels etc. This luxury 4* property on perfect location is suitable for long-term stay too. Parking facilities in 150 m. Free use of washer, dryer, air conditioning etc. All essential cleaning products provided.
I live nearby and can assist you by phone or in person shortly. Feel free to contact me for any information needed to make your stay pleasant. I speak English, Russian, Italian, Bulgarian and Serbian.
The apartment is settled in a quiet street in the heart of the downtown. Here is a famous pedestrian zone attached to Knez Mihajlova str. full of nice bars, restaurants where you may enjoy your time. Modern shopping center, grocery shops, pharmacy, banks, bakeries and green market are around the corner at you convenience. From this strategic location you can also reach attractive floating restaurants on the rivers by pleasant walk through the bridge or by car. The Kalemegdan fortress with its park, unique zoo and breathtaking view over Danube and Sava rivers is only a step away. Museums, Concert Hall, famous Bohemian quarter Scadarlia and Savamala clubs, art galleries are easily accessible. If you come by car you may use public garage "Obilicev venac" or parking space in the Rajiceva shopping center which are only 350 m away.
