Opis smeštaja Gostima je na raspolaganju sala koja se nalazi u prizemlju sa kuhinjom koja je potpuna opremljena za korišćenje. Na spratu se nalaze 2 sobe sa po dva kreveta, ormari, kao i spavaća soba sa velikim bračnim krevetom. Pored ostalog u vili postoji i veliki dnevni boravak salonskog stila iz kojeg se izlazi na terasu na kojoj pijenje kafe u jutarnjim satima, ili vina u večernjim čini ovo mesto čarobnim. Vila poseduje ogromno dvorište u kojem se može pronaći sezonsko voće. Takođe, gostima su na raspolaganju dva potpuno opremljena kupatila. Postoji mogućnost boravka sa kućnim ljubimcima
Vila Eleftheria se nalazi u selu Grabovica(Donja Bukovica), nadomak manastira Svete Trojice .I četiri kilometra od centra Ljubovije, a samo 500m od vile nalazi se prelepa plaža na reci Drini.
