The estate is in one of the most sought-after residential districts near; Victoria, the capital of the archipelago, the world-famous, Beau Vallon Beach, and some of the best fine dining restaurants on the island. Beau Vallon beach is an easy 850 metres walk from the villa. The villa also boasts wonderful views of the Northwest Bay and overlooking Silhouette, North Island and all the way to the North point of Mahe Island. The property was recently assessed by the Tourism Department as part of its grading programme and was awarded Gold Standard as part of the Seychelles Secrets Programme. Visitors reviews on the high standards on offer at the villa played a great part in the assessment process.
