Located on the 2nd floor of a modern home in a very peaceful and secluded area close to nature, the lake, dock, forest, fishing opportunities, hiking, etc. A simple room but fresh room of about 20-25 sqm that is partially renovated in 2022. Warm and insulated. One wall of windows.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located close to Björnvägen (near HIllsand) and is known for its proximity to nature, outdoor life, forest, bear, animals etc, swimming etc. Fishing is a great interest and in the area there is plenty of opportunity to see many predators and other things. It is possible to rent a boat. All facilities are included to use as a guest.
