The villa is located in a small farmland with 30 houses next to beautiful lake in Smaland, Sweden. The area and neighbourhood are very quiet and safe. The walking distance to the lake (swiming area and barbecue) are about 70 meters from the villa. There is garden with 1400 square meters exklusivly available, and a garage and parking place in front of the house for your car will be included. The deep Swedish forests around the house are perfect for berry picking, water sports (canoe and stand up paddle available on request), cycling (2 bicycles for free), hiking, reading, swiming, fishing (for free), horse riding, barbecue and playing soccer in the garden. Sightsseing and attractions around are Kalmar (art, university, beaches, shopping), Öland (island), Oskarshamn (the archipelago of Oskarshamn boat tours), Kosta (Outled Center, Glas fabrik and museum Kosta Boda, Elk park) and Växjö (Cathedral, glas museum, restaurants and shopping)
I live in Sweden since many years now, speak fluently English, German and Swedish and know the area very well. I am happy to accomodate you and can help you out with tips and hints for your vacation and how get to know the area best.
