Villa Anna is fresh and nicely decorated and has an open plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen has all the comforts desired. The living room offers a dining area and sitting area with TV and has a cozy fireplace. The dining table is there for those days when the weather does not permit sitting outside and eating on the large wooden deck. From the living room you go directly out to the terrace with the pool area or to the covered terrace on the other side of the villa. Pool is available from June - September.
On the ground floor there is also a bathroom, bedroom and study. The study functions as a small extra living room, a lovely place when you want to find peace and enjoy a book. The study leads to the first bedroom with a double bed and a view of the pool area.
Upstairs there are two further bedrooms and a second bathroom with electric sauna. One of the bedrooms has two single beds, the other has two single beds, a sofa bed (1-2 pers), TV and access to the roof terrace overlooking the garden towards the football field. The last bedroom is outside in a cottage adjacent to the terrace, here is a family bed and a sleeping loft.

Welcome to Villa Anna, a luxurious and atmospheric holiday home equipped for 10 people, including pool (June - Sept) and sauna. The villa is located only 500 meters from the beach in the former spa town of Källvik. Nowadays Källvik is a small-scale holiday village, with original houses built between 1860 and 1920 with various beaches, a tennis court and soccer field. In summer local children run their own ice cream shop.
The summer village Loftahammar is located 3 kilometers from Huset Lövhyddan. This village has a supermarket, a number of restaurants, a beautiful golf course and marina. Towards Loftahammar, but also in other directions, there are beautiful hiking trails through both rocky meadows and forest with wonderful views over the Baltic Sea.
The harbor town of Västervik can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. This town was voted the most beautiful summer city in Sweden in 2020 & 2021 and is definitely worth a visit.
