Typical family house (134 m²) with garden (481 m²). Near to the nature but also near to the center part of Ronneby. Most guests bring sheets and towels with them and choose to clean themselves after their stay in our house. We can provide sheets and towels for SEK 100/person and perform cleaning for SEK 1000, in which case this is paid on arrival.
We use this house for 9 mounth of the year, 3 mounth of the year we live in a small summerhouse on an island. We use this 3 mounth to rent it out.
50 m to small super market. 50 m to bus stop. 500 m to nature. 700 m to small lake, swim is possible also for dogs. 1 km to center of Ronneby. 1,4 km to railway station. 6 km to Ronneby airport.
