Apartma Lip** se nahaja v lepem planinskem okolju, kjer sprejemamo goste na prenočevanje že od leta 1930. Na voljo sta dva lepo urejena štiriposteljna apartmaja z vso opremo, balkonom in lastnim vhodom.
Rateče - Planica   Junaki Planice letijo kot ptice …   … je gotovo najbolj znana melodija v Ratečah. Ikona narodnozabavne glasbe Slavko Avsenik je Planico posvetil smučarskim skakalcem na eni največjih smučarskih letalnic na svetu, Planiški.   Rateče so znane po dolgih in mrzlih zimah, vendar tudi po obilici sončnih dni, ko se lahko sprehajate po planinskih travnikih ob vznožju Karavank. Zime so mrzle in dolge, zato je pisatelj Josip Lavtižar kraj poimenoval »Kranjska Sibirija«.   Oglejte si kopije slavnih Rateških rokopisov v cerkvi Sv. Tomaža v Ratečah, enega od štirih najstarejših zapisov v slovenskem jeziku.
