Boathouse has two floors. The bottom floor has an area of 32 m2 and offers two bedrooms, living room with fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a spacious shower. There is also a front 8 m2 porch with a seating area and a back porch. On the upper floor there is a beautiful terrace of 40 m2, which represents the heart and soul of the house.
