Property information

The villa is located in a beautiful environment in the High Tatras, in the village of Veľká Lomnica in the new resort called ​​Malé Lipy. The storey Villa offers accommodation for 4 people. The living area on the ground floor has a corner sofa with an integrated bed. There is dining seating, a comfortable hanging armchair and a designer fireplace, a premium HiFi speaker and a Flat Smart 4K TV with NETFLIX subscription. There is also a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, which offers a fridge with a freezer, an electric oven, microwave, a coffee machine for ground coffee, a toaster, a kettle and a sandwich maker. Upstairs is a bedroom with a king-size bed connected with the living room, built-in wardrobes and a PC desk, a sofa with an integrated bed for 2 people, a HiFi speaker and a large Flat 4K TV with NETFLIX subscription. Next to the bedroom is a bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine with with a dryer. There is a separate toilet next to it and there is also a clothes dryer, iron, ironing board and a folding cot. In front of the entrance there is a covered terrace with seating for 5 people. Behind the villa is a garden with a barrel sauna + hot tub, grill and seating. As a bonus, our guests have 2 bicycles.

Parking is at the entrance to the complex. Villa is located in Veľká Lomnica village just few kilometers from High Tatras mountain. Veľká Lomnica is famous for the premium Golf Resort called Black Stork located in the village. The village offers several restaurants such as Goralský Dvor, Pizza Orchidea, Koliba u Zbojníka. All facilities are available just within the distance of 2 kilometers, such as Grocery shops, Pharmacy, Post office. Also ATM machine is available in the village.
