Horvat Family Residence consists of three apartments with a total capacity of 12 beds (3x double bed, 3 x sofa bed for 2 persons) and a spacious living room which is connected with a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace. Residence is complimented by a private wellness, which serves exclusively for the needs of the guests. Families with children will appreciate kid's corner and game room providing fun experience not only to kids but also to adults. Our guests can also enjoy a gazebo, an ideal place for garden sessions and barbecue with family and friends. A garden of Horvát Family Residence is surrounded by Teplianka stream that never freezes, called by locals as Lúčanka. You can enjoy unlimited privacy as the residence can only be rented as a whole object. We believe that the residence will satisfy also clients expecting the highest standards because of its remarkable furnishings, materials or home accessories such as wood, stone and metal. Honest craftsmanship is represented here by forged railings, ladders or garden gates. Apartments are dominated by unique teak furniture in combination with modern and custom-made furnishings.
The HFR's residence underwent a complete reconstruction during years 2016 to 2017. Modern and stylish accommodation in privacy with remarkable furnishings and the original dose of luxury and timelessness was created from the authentic old parental house.
Horvat Family Residence is located in the picturesque village of Lúčky, which can be found only a few kilometers from the town of Ružomberok, the capital of Lower Liptov. The residence is situated directly in the original village that is famous thanks to the spa and unique dominant - Lúčky Waterfall, the only waterfall placed in the middle of the village within Central Europe.
