This is an older unreconstructed house located in the close vicinity of town Dolny Kubin in borough called Záskalie. It is a family house, where 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen is listed for rental via Booking. You will have a nice view of mountain range Choč Mountains and its highest peak Veľký Choč and Orava river straight out of the living room window.
I’m helping my parents with renting this property.
Downtown Dolny Kubin is 4 minutes away by car, 20 minutes by walk, the main bus station and train station 12 minutes walking distance or shopping area 15minutes by walk. The stay here is quite convenient and warm during cold winter, where the Ski park Kubinska Hola is just couple kilometres away (13min drive) and the Aqua park only 4 minutes drive. During summer months you can enjoy many outdoor activities and hiking attractions in the close neighborhood such as Vrátna valley, Bešeňová travertine formation, Lúčky waterfalls, Roháče mountains, Jánošík holes, Orava Castle etc.
