Health and Safety Requirements: in all Turks and Caicos properties, effective May 1, 2022: All visitors 18 years of age and over and returning TCI residents must show proof of vaccination. TCI Assured Portal, Insurance, and health tests are no longer required.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. You will need to complete an authorization form and/or present a copy of the ID and credit card before the arrival.

A damage deposit of US$500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
