We’re a passionate, young entrepreneurial couple who have built a thriving construction business, multiple Airbnb homes and two restaurants, including a popular seafood spot in Turks and Caicos. Failure to comply will incur a 1000 USD penalty. - Pets are allowed (pet friendly for one small dog under 10 lbs). - There is no lifeguard, use the pool at your own risk. - The smoke alarm is very sensitive, please keep the doors closed when using the grill. - For extra guests, a maximum of 2 children and 2 adults can be accommodated. Extra beds and cribs are available upon request, but must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
