The fine print
For group policy;
• When Booking more than 4 rooms: A one night deposit of total room number will be required and non refundable.
• When Booking more than 7 rooms: A 50% of total room charge will be required upon reservation made. Cancellation or amendment will be required 14 days before arrival date.
Please acknowledge and allow hotel can charge your deposit within 3 days when your room reservation is confirmed to guarantee your group reservation.
The reservation Department will contact and send the payment link to you via message box. If you don't have any feedback about deposit payment, the hotel has authorized to cancel your group booking without notice in advance.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of THB 2,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
