Please be informed that the property offers rooms with airport transfers inclusive only in some room types. Guests can refer to each room type's name and description for more information.

Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name, and the credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 500 THB per pet, per night with a weight of 5 kilos and 1000 THB per pet, per night with a weight more than 10 kilos applies.

- Please note we welcome the cat(s) for all room types and an Executive Garden Access room for the dog(s). No more than two pets are allowed per guest room.

- Pets weighing between 1 to 10 kilograms are allowed at the property for an extra charge of THB 500 per night.

- Pets weighing from 10 kilograms are allowed at the property for an extra charge of THB 1,000 per night.

- American Pit Bull Terrier and Rottweiler are strictly not allowed at the property. - Please advise the breed of the dog in advance. Owners are responsible for all property damage and personal injury their pets causes during the stay.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A damage deposit of THB 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
