"Construction Site Notice"
Warm greetings from Wild Cottage Elephant Sanctuary Resort, Koh Samui.
This message serves as notification that there will be an undertaking construction by neighbor’s villa which is not a part of our resort.
The construction will affect the following two rooms: Superior Villa and Deluxe Villa.
The construction will take place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and may cause some noise and temporary inconvenience to our valued guests. We’ve done everything in our power to instructed the contractor to follow on our agreements to minimize disruption.
To compensate for this inconvenience, we have considerably reduced the room rates by 30% from the original prices.
We kindly ask for your understanding during these unfortunate circumstances and greatly appreciate your patience. Rest assured, our team is committed to providing you with the best service possible and ensuring that your stay remains a memorable one.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of THB 3,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
