We love to welcome people from all over the world to this unique neihbourhood. It is called Balat and Fener where minorities used to live during the ottoman empire. There are so many nice houses, and it become the symbol of the city. We help buying, renovating and managing houses for other people as well. You will enjoy staying in these historical houses while you are visiting istanbul.

From here near the edge of the Golden Horn, stroll just 2 minutes to reach the water and original Byzantine walls. In the heart of Istanbul's old districts and on 1 of the 7 ancient hills, the area is gentrifying, but retains its historic charms. Many colourful houses, nice cafes and small shops. Eas to walk or take metro, ferry and bus to goanywhere in the cith.
