Charming Two bedroom ground floor Apartment with pretty sea view veranda terrace. Fully Refurbished throughout air conditioned & fully furnished.
We are pleased to offer this charming and well presented two bedroom apartment on the Club Patara / Patara Prince Resort. The resort is reknown for its award winning Mediterrian architecture and beautiful sea location. Located just 15 min walk from the center of Kalkan. The complex has site entrance security. Cars are limited within the complex making for a very peaceful location. The apartment is located in the center of complex just above the Patara Prince Hotel. This location has relatively easy access to the private sea front, with its two sea water swimming pools and sun bathing platforms. Additionally a shuttle operates within the complex - which is known doe its steps. The apartment has a lovely location with panoramic outlook of Kalkan bay. Property has a lovely veranda terrace with space for dining and seating. The apartment has natural stone internal walls making it cool in summer . The kitchen offers a full oven with gas hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. It can be rented up to 4 people.
