Minimalist in its simplicity yet chic and welcoming, our villa is situated in an ideal location in Kalamar region in Kalkan. It boasts stunning views of the bay and enjoys an abundance of sunshine all day around. The picturesque view is best enjoyed while sipping your favourite drink in our jacuzzi on the top floor and as for the sunshine, there are sun loungers, a pool and a dining area on the terrace where you can unwind and soak in all the vitamin D you've been lacking during the cold season. The villa is fully furnished and a fully equipped kitchen is at the guests' disposal. Enjoy the use of one spacious living room with an open kitchen and dining area. In total there are five ensuite bedrooms - 2 twin and 3 double. In fact, the twin beds can be joined together to make a double bed. There is a Jacuzzi with an uninterrupted sea view on the upper most floor and a swing on the balcony from where you can enjoy the splendid bay view.

Welcome to one of the most sought after neighbourhoods in Kalkan. There is a private parking space right in front of the villa. The property is situated in a convenient location, close to many local amenities including a supermarket, beach clubs, cafes and restaurants. While the town centre is a little further away it can easily be reached by taxi or on foot if you fancy a longer walk and some exercise.
