“一樣服務親切，簡而有力，貼心！兩大一小入住，服務員很貼心的幫我們升等為兩大床，怕小孩不想睡嬰兒床，想跟爸媽睡，所以特意幫我們升等，這是一部分的優點，更大的優點是，我們提早到了目的地，小孩有點歡，喝奶的時候，喝的整身都是，詢問了貴飯店是否能提前入住，我們也可以負擔提前的費用，沒想到貴飯店不但同意，還沒有加收費用，更是幫我們升等房務，真的很感激。”

“住宿地點不在市中心，離文化路夜市約10分鐘路程(計程車資約130-140元)，附近很多商店、小吃，停車場不保留空位但也滿夠的；早餐選項多樣且具當地特色（嘉義雞肉麵/嘉義涼麵）；房間內備品不錯用，洗髮潔膚露並不會讓頭髮乾澀，吹風機品牌為TESCOM且不是壁掛固定的，這點就可以大推！”
