“非常喜歡這裡的服務人員，我們遇到的每一位服務人員都很友善、親切、溫暖，很願意替顧客著想，對長輩也相當照顧。房間和衛浴空間都很大，而且環境明亮、打掃得很乾淨、非常安靜，沒有菸味。一樓餐廳有供應現做早餐，很不錯。飯店旁邊有萊爾富，對面有7-11，很方便。飯店內還有洗衣烘衣間，並且還準備了熨斗和衣物除塵滾輪，設想周到。”
