Bright, warm and comfortable apartment. Closed guarded territory. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Large double bed, TV, high-speed WI-FI, microwave oven, air conditioning, autonomous heating, iron, packing space. There is a large playground in the closed guarded courtyard. On the territory of the ATM, supermarket, pharmacy, beauty salon.

Neighbourhood information

Quiet, calm, safe area. There are all the necessary shops, supermarkets, two McDonald's, cafes, restaurants. There is round-the-clock security on the territory. Parking is free and paid
