We prepare standard universal dishes of chicken, rice and fries in addition to Uganda`s fresh water fish including the famous River Nile perch and Lake Victoria Tilapia. We also serve a wide variety of local dishes including smoked peanut-pasted fish, meat varieties and banana plantain - all cooked in traditional steaming oven called luwombo (banana leaf package). Our fruit menu includes jack fruits (sweet vegetarian's meat) and the uniquely sweet giant Ugandan pineapple that others African travel agents describe as Devilishly Delicious, which you can carry away briefcase style as you return home. Above all cleanliness is our first probity because we value y/our hygiene in all corners of Hillside Inn, from the bedrooms, kitchen, living rooms to the garden.

I have wide Asia-Pacific, Europe and Africa hospitality experience; Locally, I have been organizing successful events including hashers' runs cum hospitality for 15years. After practicing as a home development and design consultant, i have decided to consolidated all my experience in one package: Hillside Inn.
