This is a stored building located in a quiet, serene and safe environment. It has 3 blocks and this apartment is on the third floor. It is very spacious, cosy, and comfortable. The exterior has an automated gate, security lights and cameras. It offers a vintage vibe, with 2 balconies, sitting area, a fully fledged kitchen, modern bathroom, Heating system and a vintage bedroom. Amenities: Smart TV, Unlimited fiber WIFI, Heater for hot water, washing machine, bedsheets, towels, ironing board and steam flat iron, cooker, gas, microwave, fridge, toaster, blender and many more. The bathroom is supplied with a closed walk-in shower and a separated toilet and sink.

The apartment is located in a quiet, serene, green homestead. The green at the hind balcony offers a view of the muyenga Tank hills and the front view offers a broad view of makindye hills and a lake view with a lovely breeze. It is a minute walk to the main road, with accessibility to transportation and a couple of shops.
