Welcome to 11 Canyon Terrace – Avalon Condo Beautifully decorated and recently updated two-level townhouse in the heart of Avalon with three bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms with plenty of space for the whole family or group of friends. Featuring hard floors throughout the property and two balconies off the master bedroom and the second bedroom. Plus a large outdoor patio with BBQ with plenty of seating to enjoy the island weather. The first floor of the property offers a very comfortable living room and a large dining table that seat 6 people and a 3/4 bathroom. After a fun day full of activities at the beach, head back and cook a nice meal for the whole family in the large and well-stock kitchen with plenty of counter space and everything you need to not leave again. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The large master bedroom offers a comfortable King size bed with nice views from the balcony. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom has a 2 Twin size beds. The upper level has one full bathroom located between bedrooms.
