Property information

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in. - All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay. - A security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted. - The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed. - BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is 40 USD, and the four-burner grill is 50 USD. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a 300 USD fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an 800 USD charge for tampering with it. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.

You're just steps away from the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, and local gems like Blackbeard's for seafood or shopping at Padre Island Plaza. Enjoy island activities like bird and sea turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and exploring the Laguna Madre Nature Trail. The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!
