The property is 1.5 acres and guests are welcome to walk the grounds. The main house has 4 bedrooms with queen beds and then a sofa bed in the family room.

We fell in love with this property the first time we saw it. The house was vacant for many years, so it was a labor of love updating & remodeling in the spring of 2021. Walk across the street to the Greenway Trail and stroll the 1 mile of gorgeous views to the beach or take a 1.5 mile walk to downtown Madison. Hammonasset Beach boasts 2 gorgeous miles of white sandy beach to relax, explore & enjoy!
