As this area is known for its gorgeous scenery, be sure to hike the nearby trails, Bell Rock & Sedona Trail Zen, less than two miles from your door! Take in the sunlight in the open living room, pile on the comfortable couch and chairs, or gather outside on your large deck to watch the golfers on the nearby golf course! All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
