Visit the beautiful city of Sedona and put your feet up at this spacious townhome. Located in a gated community, this rental is perfect for a small group trip or a romantic weekend. Enjoy access to a shared pool, sauna, and hot tub. Be sure to bring your clubs as you will be located off the 6th fairway of the highly reviewed Canyon Mesa Course. This rental is less than a mile from the 179 Highway, where you will find plenty of dining and shopping options. Spend the afternoon shopping at the outlets at Sedona Vista Village or drive over to the Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village, an outdoor market featuring galleries and craft shops. As this area is known for its gorgeous scenery, be sure to hike the nearby trails, Bell Rock & Sedona Trail Zen, less than two miles from your door!
Take in the sunlight in the open living room, pile on the comfortable couch and chairs, or gather outside on your large deck to watch the golfers on the nearby golf course!

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
No trucks, buses, trailers, horse trailers, boats, campers, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, motor homes, or vehicles other than passenger automobiles, pickup trucks, and vans less than 3/4 ton shall be permitted on the property.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
