This brand-new 3BR retreat offers a relaxing Corpus Christi vacation. Positioned perfectly between shops, sights, and the beach, practically everything is no more than 10 minutes away. 3 Smart TVs showing ESPN+, Disney+, and Hulu! Keep your cars in fully fenced driveway and your pups in the large grassy yard. **MAXIMUM occupancy is 8, including infants - no exceptions.** This neighborhood is in the process of revitalizing; this newly built house is a primary example!
