Experience the historic charm of this fully renovated Norwood home, just one mile from Top Golf and close to downtown Birmingham's dining, entertainment, and shopping. This 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home features a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room perfect for entertaining, and modern touches in the bathroom. Our photos include professional shots and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect. Pets are welcome with a fee. We'd love to host you! Guests will climb a handful of stairs to get to the front door and will enter the house using a digital keypad. Left from the front door is the living room. Straight ahead of the front door is the dining room. To the right is a hallway that will take you to a full bathroom, the master bedroom with a king bed, and the second bedroom with two twin beds. From the dining room, straight ahead leads to a second hallway to the laundry area, kitchen, and bedroom number three with a queen bed. From the kitchen, straight ahead takes you to the patio with an outdoor 4-seater table and a BBQ grill. Prohibited Areas: Under the house and the railroad tracks behind the home. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.
