Our fabulous 4 bedroom family home is ideally positioned in the prestigious community of Orange Tree. The villa is fully air conditioned and can accommodate 8 people easily with its 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, kitchen, breakfast area, formal dining area, utility room and garage. Master Bedroom: The master bedroom has a spacious, en-suite bathroom comprising a walk in shower, large bath, separate toilet, twin basins with vanity units, mirrors and a hairdryer. The bedroom has direct access to the pool area through french doors, a walk in wardrobe, a king size bed and a TV. Queen Bedroom: This well-appointed second bedroom is situated to the rear of the property. It has a queen size bed, ample wardrobe space and a TV. Opposite the bedroom there is a shower room which also gives access to the pool area. Twin Bedrooms: There are two twin bedrooms. One of the twin room is a Mickey Mouse Theme and these rooms share a bathroom. Living Areas: The two lounge areas are light, bright and airy. The main lounge area has access to the pool area via upgraded french doors, a TV and a DVD. The comfortable furnishings make it the ideal place to relax at the end of a busy day in the parks or shopping in the malls. The second living area offers a peaceful retreat to relax and chat over a glass or two or to catch up on essential holiday reading. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware, coffee maker, kettle, toaster along with equipment to meet all your cooking needs. There is a good size fridge freezer, a microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, and electric oven with a four ring hob. There is a breakfast bar for 2, breakfast area for 4 and a formal dining area that seats 6. Utility: With a large washing machine and tumble dryer and access to the garage area. Pool Area: The pool is south east facing and catches the sun all day long. There is a large double lanai which provides shade for sun loungers and an alfresco dining area.

Orange Tree is an executive community of vacation rentals situated in Clermont just a couple of minutes from shops and restaurants, and less than a 10 minute drive from the main gate at Disney in Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida. Orange Tree community facilities include children’s play areas, tennis courts and a five acre playing field that includes a football pitch. At the rear of the community there is a catch and release fishing lake. The community offers of 3, 4, and 5 bedroom vacation homes with pools and has lots of community features for your family to enjoy while on vacation. The Orange Tree rental community is located 2 miles North of Hwy 192 West on I-27 - approximately 9 miles from the Disney theme parks. Directions to Orange Tree: after travelling along US192 (W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) turn right to travel north up US27. After 3 miles on the US27, and just past a Publix supermarket, turn right on to Holly Grove Blvd. Orange Tree has two entrances, this one and another one 750 yards further up US27
