Your perfect lakeside escape! Nestled at the end of a quiet dead-end , our 3-bedroom, 2-bath lake house offers serenity and adventure. Enjoy a private pier on Lake McGinnis (electric motor only). Perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing. Unwind by the fire pit, relax in the screened-in gazebo, or just relax and take in the peaceful views.
Guests have full access to the entire house, yard, and private lake frontage. Enjoy the private pier for swimming, fishing, or launching a kayak. Take advantage of the many boats, canoes, and kayaks available for your use. Relax on the screened-in porch, unwind in the gazebo, or gather around the cozy fire pit. This peaceful retreat is yours to enjoy from the moment you arrive!
There is a detached garage but unfortunately guests cannot use it. You may park in the driveway or street!
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
Guests do need to sign a rental agreement. This will be provided after your reservation is confirmed. Failure to sign the waiver will delay your check in time and refunds will not be given.
Child-Friendly Features: We provide a Pack 'n Play and dining booster seat to make your stay more comfortable for little ones.
Quiet Hours: We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 9 PM and 8 AM to respect our neighbors.
Smart TV: The TV is equipped with popular streaming apps. Guests must log in with their own accounts.
Home Essentials Provided: We’ve stocked the home with basic toiletries, cleaning supplies, and kitchen essentials for your convenience.
