The fine print
Please note:
1.) No parties or additional overnight guests. Quiet hours are 10PM until 8AM daily.
2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property. Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.
3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check out time. Failure to do so will result on a late check out penalty.
4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a smoke remediation charge.
5.) Lost and Found, We are not responsible for any personal items left behind.
6.) Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
7.) Lockouts will result in a fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a fee per key.
8.) You will be asked to complete ID verification.
