This two-story condo is part of Ali'i Cove, a private, gated community overlooking the ocean on Ali'i Drive. You'll have easy access to Honl's Beach, about a 350-yard walk up the road, with a beautiful swimming pool, sundeck, and hot tub waiting for you back on the grounds. Downtown Kailua-Kona is only one mile north, offering a wide assortment of great restaurants, coffee shops, recreational outfitters, and a farmers market. The outdoor spaces at this condo are generous and scenic. Begin each morning with a cup of local coffee and an ocean view on the private lanai just off the primary bedroom suite. Downstairs, a second spacious lanai provides a private gas grill, seating for dining and lounging, and a lovely spot to watch the sunset.
