Welcome to “Alyce Retreat”, a secluded 2 story fully renovated townhouse with stunning wooded and lake views! Launch your paddleboard or kayak or a swim on this calm lake. It’s the ideal location to get in your car and go to golf courses, mountain bike trails, Crystal Bridges Museum and much more, but at the same time located in a quiet and delightful neighborhood that is nested by green vegetation, embraced by Lake Rayburn and outlooks to the great outdoor beauty that Bella Vista has to offer.
