Karen is an avid traveler. Her extensive accounting, finance and business background combined with her love of finding the “perfect place” to stay during her travel escapades will benefit her and our guests as we serve the public. Brittany, the new General Manager and Chef, has extensive knowledge of cuisine, as she has worked in the food service industry for the past 10 years. Whether it be grilling, sauteing, safe food handling and equipment safety, or, most recently, managing her own kitchen and staff, she has worked from the ground up to build an extensive repertoire of food service knowledge.
