Three bedrooms, 3 full baths.Home features new laminate flooring, open living room and dining room, spacious eat-in kitchen and amazing 360 views from the third floor!! Rear patio with Bbq Grill and outside shower! 1ST FLOOR -New laminate flooring throughout home -Open living room & dining room -Smart TV- NO cable. Amazon prime & Netflix -Full bathroom 2nd FLOOR -Please note: You will need to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to 2nd floor -Master bedroom with 1 Queen Bed & Sofa bed + master bathroom. Smart TV- NO cable. Amazon prime & Netflix -2nd room with Queen bed -3rd room with 2 twin beds 3rd FLOOR -Please note: You will need to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to 3rd floor Please also note the House Rules of this property before confirming your reservation. 1)No smoking inside the house -250 dollar fine if detected. 2)No more than the # of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: 200 dollar fine per person detected. 3)Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am 4)Valid government ID must be presented for the registered guest.

Our home is right next to the Waterfront Park with a playground! Take a morning stroll with your family and enjoy the beautiful view. We are also steps away from the boardwalk/ beach.
