When you aren't playing close to your stay, local attractions like Embers Island Mini Golf, Old Pro Golf, Fenwick Island State Park, Ocean Downs Casino, the Freeman Arts Pavilion, and Assateague State Park are all within quick driving distance. Spend the day at Assateague Island, where you can go kayaking or canoeing and see the wild horses roam free. Adorned in an effortless nautical theme, the interior of the townhome is full of sunlight. Cozy up on the living room's oversized sofa in front of the gas fireplace. Here, your favorite TV shows and movies can be streamed with ease. When you aren't dining out, the well-equipped kitchen presents a pleasant space to play chef. As the day begins to wind down, throw your clothes in the private washer/dryer for a refresh and tune the central air-conditioning to your liking. Fire up the gas grill and host a cookout for your loved ones before enjoying stunning sunset views from the balcony. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The indoor pool is open year-round. All the TVs in the home are Smart TVs with multiple streaming apps. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.
