Hi! We are Jered & Carly and Josh & Kass. We are two families who built a Jacksonville-based hospitality company focused on providing quality accommodations with thoughtful design. But we don’t run everything ourselves - we have a team behind us 100% focused on you having a perfect stay. We have lived in and traveled to many different countries and love experiencing and learning about different cultures. From our personal experience as guests to our professional experience in hospitality, we have high standards to provide the best stay. We all four are former military (Army and Navy). We love connecting with fellow West Point, Naval Academy, Marquette, Notre Dame (MBA), Wharton (MBA) and Syracuse (MBA) alums. We operate our own short and long term rental properties, but would be happy to talk to you about investing, managing or co-hosting yours. Walking distance to downtown Jax beach and a short drive to Neptune Beach town center. Both areas have amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and plenty of night life. The apt is fully renovated and has everything to enjoy the salt life. It is on the 2nd floor of a 2 story 4-plex. This listing consists of 2 completely separate units, but have a lock-out door that can be opened so you can access both units. This property is literally on the beach. It has multiple views from the property. If you are looking for a place close to the beach with amazing views, you cannot find a better place. This listing is 2 units of a 4 unit building. All 4 residences are owned by us and are vacation rentals. You will have your own private entrance and both units are on the top (2nd) floor with amazing expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean. Street parking in the area is available but there is a public parking lot beside the building. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The front unit consists of 3 beds/2 baths and the back unit consists of 2 beds/1 bath. As stated previously, there is a lock-out door that connects the two spaces. (For our insurance purposes, we must communicate that guests use bunk beds at their own risk) Two fully stocked kitchens. High speed wifi (1GB) Washers and dryers in both units. The property is located a block from the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants and the famous Jacksonville Beach pier.
