Read the reviews from past guests....they say it all! METICULOUSLY Clean, newly renovated and newly decorated. Our front door is 400 steps to beach entrance, steps to Salt Life, Island Donuts, the St Johns Pier and so much more. HUGE private yard with lots of large palm trees and newly set up with hammock, chaise lounges, propane grill, tiki bar, large deck and corn hole. New furniture, mattresses, sheets, towels, floors. Freshly painted. Beach paradise is here! Book now while it's available.
I've lived and traveled around the world. I like nice things, nice people and nice places. I have 2 beach houses in St. Augustine, both homes are less than 400 steps to the beach / toes in the sand. Each homes is meticulously clean and set up to provide excellent beach vacations.
This neighborhood is absolutely ideal for your beach vacation. You are in the center of everything - The beach is across the street (350 steps to the beach entrance from our front door). Salt Life is a 1 minute walk - ice cream shops, donut shop, pizza parlor and more restaurants, coffee shops and a live music cafe are no more than a 2 minute stroll. We are a 5 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine where there are more restaurants, bars, site seeing, shopping and Castillo de San Marcos (the historic 315 year old fortress built to protect and defend Spain's claims in the New World and the Lightner Museum. you can walk or bike ride to everywhere on the strip. and you're a 5 minute car ride to historic downtown St Augustine
